Shortly pass the school on the right hand side and go down the hill towards Spittalfield.
On entering the village a couple of hundred yards past the twenty mile an hour sign, take a right turn down an unmarked farm road. Pass a couple of big wheelie bins on the right and follow the track for about three quarters of a mile until you come to a bend in the road with a ninety degree turn to the right, take the right turn and then at the first white cottage take a ninety degree turn to the left, follow the road keeping the farm buildings on your left, pass a turning to Easter Caputh farmhouse and continue straight ahead for another 100 yards where the road splits, turn left over a cattle grid and follow the track for another half a mile right to the end.
Please note that during the winter months, the track to the property can be a little bumpy and muddy. The road is suitable for all cars.
