Outdoor activities: Too numerous to list but Scotland and Perthshire has so much to offer including golf, walking, cycling, sailing,4x4 driving, quad biking,shooting and of course fishing.

Most of these activities are available within half an hours drive away and we are always happy to offer advice if needed. Weather information can be found at  the Met office.

Sightseeing: Castles, palaces, ancient towns and cities full of Scottish history waiting to be explored. Take a drive and enjoy breathtaking scenery.Yes, driving up here is still an enjoyable experience, stop at one of the numerous whisky distilleries or just find a quiet spot to have a picnic and admire the views. There is also an award winning ice cream parlour ten minutes away offering light meals at lunch time and of course award winning ice creams. More information can be found at Stewart tower dairy.

Shopping: All the major Scottish cities are within an hour and a half away by car and are also reachable by train from Perth and Birnam, they all have excellent shopping facilities. Also within easy reach are some very good antique centres for hours of quiet browsing with one or two also having good restaurant facilities. You can also order your food shopping and have it delivered to the Coach House by either Asda or Tesco.

The Coach House has two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed the other with full size adult bunk beds, bathroom with bath and shower, spacious hallway and an open plan living area with a log burning stove. There is a balcony with seating  leading out from the living area which has beautiful peaceful views. Heating is electric (not storage) and wood burning stove. There is also a garden with picnic bench and private parking. Other facilities include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, digital freeview television, dvd, stereo, and microwave oven. We have also recently added a wired internet connection. Please note Inchtuthill is strictly non smoking.
